how to use them
Clean skin, press it on, leave it six to eight hours. That’s the whole method.
The steps
- 1. Start clean and dry
- A patch sticks to skin, not to serum. Anything on the surface is why a patch lifts early.
- 2. Pick the size
- Cloud for a single spot. Moon for an area that’s actively breaking out.
- 3. Press it on
- Edges down first, middle last, then press for a few seconds so it seals.
- 4. Leave it 6 to 8 hours
- Day or night. It works on elapsed time, not on you being asleep.
- 5. Peel and bin
- When it turns white, that’s the fluid it has drawn out. Peel it off and don’t pick.
Wearing one out of the house
They’re thin and matte, so they sit close to the skin. Makeup can go over the top, though it will sit differently on the patch than on bare skin.
They stay put through a normal day. Heavy sweat, swimming or a long hot shower will loosen the edges.
How often
One patch per spot per wear. If the spot is still raised after the first patch, a second wear the following day is fine. There’s nothing in them to over use.
If it lifts early
Nearly always one of three things: skin wasn’t fully dry, there was product underneath, or the edges were not pressed down. Try again on clean, dry skin and seal the edges first.
